This is a stationary, DC pneumatic spot welding machine designed for the automated assembly of shock absorber bottom covers. It features an integrated automatic feeding system with two high-precision vibrating bowls for the bottom cover and welding ring, respectively. The system utilizes a servo-driven positioning mechanism for accurate part alignment and an MFDC (Mid-Frequency Direct Current) inverter welding power supply combined with a constant pressure control system to perform welding.
